Yes, for all the free kits, you have to split the share and the publishing by 50/50, on beat selling platforms. In each free kits, the read me file state each beatmaker for each loop, so you know who to credit and how.

Nope. As the loop kits are 100% royalty free for online beat leasing / selling, you can use the paid loop kit solely, without crediting any beatmakers on BeatStars, etc, except if you want to support the loopmaker for his work.

BUT : For a major placement, or once a release has reached over 1 million streams, the loop must be cleared and the royalties / publishing will be split fairly (contact us in that case)
